Refunds and Cancellations

1. Scope
This policy covers hypnotherapy sessions and session packages booked through hypnotherapygurgaon.com. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
2. Booking and confirmation
A session is confirmed once a time is agreed and payment is received. You will receive a confirmation with the session time and a joining link.
3. If you need to cancel or reschedule

We understand that emergencies happen. Where a late cancellation is genuinely unavoidable, tell us and we will use discretion — but this is discretion, not entitlement.
To cancel or reschedule, email info@hypnotherapygurgaon.com or message +91 989 900 2121. The notice period runs from when we receive your message.
4. If we need to cancel
If we cancel or reschedule a session for any reason, you may take an alternative time at no additional cost or receive a full refund of that session. We do not charge for our own cancellations.
5. Technical problems and interrupted sessions
If a session cannot proceed or is cut short because of a failure on our side — our connection, our equipment, or our platform — we will reschedule the remainder or the whole session at no charge.
Where the difficulty arises on your side, we will do whatever we reasonably can to continue the session or complete it another way. Hypnotherapy delivered by voice alone remains effective, so a video failure is not by itself a reason to abandon a session, and we will normally continue with audio only.
The following are treated as a session delivered, and are not refundable:
- Loss or degradation of your internet connection, audio, video, or device
- Interruption of the session by your surroundings
- Falling asleep during the session, whether or not the work was completed
- Attending under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs, contrary to our Terms of Service
- Leaving the session before it has concluded
6. Session packages
Where sessions are bought as a package:
- Unused sessions may be refunded pro-rata, calculated by charging the sessions already taken at our standard single-session rate and refunding the balance
- Package discounts do not survive a partial refund
7. After a session has taken place
Hypnotherapy outcomes vary between individuals, and we do not offer refunds on the basis of results. A session that has been delivered is not refundable. Where you believe a session fell short of professional standards, contact us and we will address it directly.
8. Digital material
Recordings, worksheets, and written material supplied as part of your work are non-refundable once delivered.
9. How refunds are made
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval. We do not issue cash refunds or transfer to a different account.
10. How to request a refund
Email info@hypnotherapygurgaon.com with your name, the session date, and the reason. We will respond within 5 business days.
